Gates and 3 gate-piers. 1893. By W Brierley for Miss E Clarke. Sandstone
piers; wrought iron gates. Piers square on plan. Piers approximately
3½ metres high, each side containing a recessed, shaped panel with a blank
cartouche. Heavy cornice stepped up to a ball and pedestal finial.
Carriage gates between piers to right. Foot gate to left beneath rounded
arch with the house name painted on the tympanum.
