House at end of short row. Late C18. Rendered, some face
brickwork to street front, concrete tile roof. A small front
range with high mansard roof, with a flat-roofed later rear
wing.
2 storeys and attic, 2 windows; C20 raking dormers above one
12-pane sash to brick voussoirs, and a full-height
8:12:8-paned flat bow; the ground floor bow is smaller than
that above, and may be a later insertion. To the left is a C20
door under a painted-in fanlight. Ground floor is rendered,
with a full-width fascia, the first floor brickwork has
contrasting headers, and there is a rendered blocking course
to a slight parapet. The return gable is rendered, and has 3
small C20 sashes.
INTERIOR not inspected.
The end unit of a short row, continuing Trinity Road W from
the church, and somewhat isolated as the result of clearance
demolition in the 1960s.
