House. C17 possibly with earlier origins. Rendered cob walls. Gable ended
thatch roof. 2 brick end stacks, the right-hand one on a projecting rendered rubble base.
Plan: 3-room-and-through-passage plan, lower end to the left. Hall stack is
at its nigher right end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1-window front, 2 windows to ground floor
1st floor windows, to right, is very small C19 2-light casement, C20 2 and
3-light casements on ground floor. C20 plank door towards left-hand end.
Interior: hall fireplace has chamfered wooden lintel with straight cut stops
and dressed stone jambs. Thin chamfered joists with similar stops.
Probably C19 pegged A-frame roof trusses resting on wall-plate.
