ST 45 NE BURRINGTON C.P. BOURNE LANE (south side)

Farmhouse. Early C17 with C19 addition. Colourwashed render, oak mullions and
triple Roman tile roof. C17 range parallel to road with C19 extension to right
hand at right-angles to road forming L shaped plan. 2 storeys, 3-window facade.
C17 windows to left hand are one 4-light and three 3-light ovolo mullions; C19
three-light casements to right hand. Doorway offset to right hand has moulded
lintel, renewed jambs and C19 panelled door with 3 rectangular fanlights. Lean-
to 1 storey conservatory to right hand with outer door. 2 brick ridge stacks,
one end rendered stack on C19 addition. Interior. Ground floor right hand room
has compartmented ceiling with complex moulded ribs and large inglenook fireplace.
