Farmhouse. Early C17, altered late C17. Chequered flint and
limestone to left of front, English garden wall bond brick to right
part, half-hipped thatched roof with gable end brick stacks. Gable
end baffle-entry plan. Single-storey and attic, 2 windows.
Planked door to right in C19 thatched porch, 4-light casement with
flat arch, blocked stone window surround and 3-light recessed
chamfered mullioned casement with hoodmould to left. Two brick
eyebrow dormers with 2-light and 3-light casements. Right return
has lean-to C20 extension. Left return has lean-to extension with
slate roof. Interior not accessible at time of survey (March
1986).
