House. Lintel inscribed: "17 H & MN 07" (Nicholson); later additions.
Roughcast stone rubble with slate roof. West elevation of 2 storeys and 5
bays. Dripstone to ground floor raised over entrance, stops to short of
northern bay. Ground floor has sashed window with glazing bars to 1st bay, 2nd
bay has 3-light single-chamfered mullioned window with small paned glazing and
fire window, dripcourse broken above; 4th bay has window formerly of 2 lights,
now with small-paned casement, window with casement to 5th bay. lst floor
similar, but 3rd, 4th and 5th bays have metal casements. Entrance to 3rd bay
has inscribed embattled entrance with glazed door. Gable-end stacks, that to
south corbelled, and cross-axial stack. Rear has 2-storey outshut. Interior
not inspected, possibly has winding stair and original doors.
