Farmhouse and adjoining barn mainly C18 but with earlier core, possibly C15/C16.
Coursed rubble, wet-dashed to rear. Graduated stone flag roof with outshut to
front; stone chimneys. 2 storeys. C18 door with chamfered surround in outshut;
windows mainly C20 casements. South-west corner of house incorporates remains of
earlier structure, square in plan with projecting stair turret; original boarded
door with draw-bar slot survives internally. Threshing barn adjoining west end
at right-angles probably C18. Coursed rubble with quoins; graduated stone-flag
roof, with kneelers. Interior shows king-post roof trusses.
