west of Augill Castle

Coach-house, now (1983) being converted into holiday flats, linked to Castle by
cloister walk adjoining south end at right-angles; contemporary with house.
Coursed rubble with projecting embattled parapet. Graduated slate roofs.
2-storey former coach-house has symmetrical 7-bay front, 3:1:3 with turrets to
either end and tower over central 4-centred entrance arch; pointed window
opening above awaiting glazing at time of survey. Blocks on either side have
central door with flanking windows. Single-storey cloister has 6 large pointed
openings, 5 of which were screened off at time of survey.
