2 houses adjoining. Early C19. Painted incised stucco with string coursed,
dentilled cornice and parapet on chamfered plinth. Graduated greenslate roof
with brick and cement rendered chimney stacks. 3 storeys, single bay (no. 18)
and 2 bays (No. 16). Steps up to panelled doors under radial fanlights in
Tuscan pedimented doorcases. Sash windows with glazing bars over painted stone
panels. Listed partly for G.V. with No. 20 (Arlosh House) adjoining.
