Barns and byres. Probably early C18 with C19 additions and alterations.
Limestone rubble under graduated greenslate roofs. 2 storeys on 3 sides of
farmyard. Facade facing drive has segmental through archway. Blocked
chamfered-surround doorways and louvred vents in chamfered red sandstone
surrounds. Rear has reused lintel inscribed W & M M AUGUST THE 3 1633 which
probably came from the nearby farmhouse. L-shaped barn extension has numerous
doorways and openings and 2 off-centre blocked segmental arches. Right-angled
barn has 2 segmental through arches with red sandstone surrounds and shippon to
right with 3 pointed-arched windows. Listed partly for G.V. with Clea Hall.
