House. Circa early-mid C19. Stuccoed front-walls, otherwise painted rubble. Grouted
scantle slate hipped L-plan roof with projecting eaves. Stuccoed chimneys over the
side walls.
Plan: Double depth plan. L-shaped plan plus C20 extension in the rear angle. 2
rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall leading to stair hall, probably
shallow service room behind the left-hand room and large room behind the right-hand
room.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window south-east front with plinth, first floor
sill band and flanking giant panelled pilasters. Central doorway has original 6-
panel door with 3-pane overlight within simple Doric porch with entablature.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes to first floor right and over doorway, otherwise
horned replacements. Right-hand wall is a 3 window garden front. Central ground
floor window and first floor left-hand window is blind. Other first floor windows
are original 12-pane horned sashes. Old conservatory on the left.
