Shop and integral living accommodation. Circa early C19. Granite rubble with granite
dressings. Grouted scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends.
Cast-iron ogee-section gutters.
Plan: Shallow double depth plan. Room at either end of the front; shop left of
middle with central entrance and entrance hall to house part on right of middle.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 3 window south east front with 2 ground floor windows
at far left and right. C19 double shopfront left of middle flanked by simple
pilasters (above sill level) and with a simple entablature over shop door, shop
windows and house windows pre circa late C19: 4-pane fixed lights to shop; 4-pane
horned sashes to house. House doorway, right of middle has C20 ledged door. Both
doors have overlights.
