7/191 Lower Bosistow Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C18. Granite ashlar. Scantle slate hipped roofs around central valley.
Large brick stacks, with cogged cornices, over the end walls. Modillioned eaves
cornice at the front.
Plan: Large double-depth plan. Probably 2 large reception rooms at the front
flanking a wide entrance hall leading to large stair hall between rear service rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 5 window south east front with wide central
doorway. Classical style distyle porch in front of doorway. C20 glazed doors.
Possibly original 12-pane hornless sashes. Rear not inspected.
Interior not inspected but is likely to have good quality C18 features.
