Farmhouse. Resited datestone 1677, present house probably C18 or refronted C18.
Granite rubble with granite dressings including reused C17 fragments. Slurried
scantle slate roofs with dressed granite stacks over the gable ends.
Plan: 2 room plan with entrance lobby and stair between probably parlour left and
slightly larger kitchen, right. C19 lean-to addition at rear middle.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3-window south front with doorway slightly
left of middle. Circa early C20 ledged door and 6-pane horned sashes. Reused 3-
light mullioned window head or sill over left hand window and chamfered dated lintel
over doorway.
Interior: not inspected.
