Farmhouse. Circa 1800. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Fairly steep
asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves at the front. Dressed granite stacks over
the gable ends.
Plan: double depth plan. 2 rooms at the front, wider kitchen left with back kitchen
behind, parlour right with pantry/dairy behind; cross passage between leading to
central rear stair hall.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window south-south-east front with doorway
central to fenestration. Circa early C20 ledged door and 6-pane horned sashes.
Interior: structurally unaltered but few original features. Original dog-leg stair
with moulded plinth to the newels and 2 original 2-panel doors to the first floor.
