House and shop. Mid to later C19. Coursed granite, slurried slate roof. Double-
depth plan, with shop to right. Two storeys and 3 bays; shop to right has original
double-fronted shop window with recessed double doors which have arched
glazing, side windows of 2 slightly-arched lights with slender wooden shafts, a
plain fascia and cornice run out to the left over the domestic doorway, which
has a plain architrave; left of this is a 4-pane sashed window with massive
granite lintel; and at 1st floor, three 16-pane sashed windows with exposed
boxes. Chimney at left gable. Interior slightly altered.
