garden walls and railings.

Farmhouse. Early-mid C19. Coursed killas with granite dressings. Slate
roof.
Plan: Two room plan with through stair hall. Three bay rear wing on
right containing kitchen and service rooms. Entrance in C20 porch on
north side.
Two storeys. Six panelled door with narrow overlight. Sixteen paned
sashes with flush radial voussoirs. Roof hipped, with gable brick stacks.
Boxed eaves.
Walls enclosing front garden, joined by fleur-de-lys headed low railings
on low wall, and central gate hung to megalithic posts.
Interior has exposed ceiling joists. Large fireplace in right room with
cambered stone arch.
