Farmhouse. Circa 1700. Probably rubble stone and bob now rendered with cement
rusticated quoins and window surrounds. Slate roof (front), asbestos slate (rear).
Brick chimneys over large external rendered gable chimney breasts. 2 storey with
slightly irregular 3 window front. Late C19 or early C20 gabled porch with glazed
doors and old 2 panel inner door. Front windows are late C19 sashes 12 panels per
sash but rear sashes have small panes. One ground floor opening to rear has 3
light lattice ventilator. Tall stair window to rear is 20 pane sash. Interior not
inspected but stair with heavy turned balusters can be seen through window.
