John Boscawen, Esquire, son and heir of Hugh Boscawen of Tregothnan, Esquire, with the children of God In heaven, wishing to leave his earthly inheritance to Nicholas Boscawen, Esquire, his next born brother, single, departed the 6th of May at the age of 28 in the 6th Elizabeth in the year of our Lord 1564.
Hugh Boscawen of Tregothnan, Esquire Only son of the said Nicholas and here himself in the year 1634 Sheriff of the County of Cornwall, in obligation to the departed Here placed [this] monument.
