- Cottage to east of group

Outbuilding, probably wash house. Circa late C18. Killas rubble walls with scantle
slate roof and large stone stack in 3 stages over right (east) gable end.
Single-cell plan.
Single storey. South front with small window middle and doorway right with ledge
door and blocked opening to left.
Interior not inspected.
Seen at time of survey (1985), in yard to north, a fallen elvan monolith boundary
stone with incised inscription of NO with serifs.
