Early C20. 3 storeys triumphal arch front. 3 bays. Brick with stone fronted
channelled ground floor, central window recess, modillion cornice and open
pediment and balustrade in brick parapet with stone capping. Side and central
windows in giant recesses formed by panels-breaking forward slightly and having
impost mouldings. Central superimposed pilasters with thin bands of rustication
and struck voussoirs, central scrolled key to 2nd floor window and scrolls
to base of open pediment. Glazing bar sash windows, wider in centre. Central 1st
floor window haspulvinated frieze, eaved architrave and entablature, also a
cast iron balcony. Side windows have brick keys on 1st floor and aprons.
Fenestration on ground floor is 2-3-2 the right-hand opening being a doorway
with a scrolled entablature.
