House, Early C19, adjoins (E. side) mill. Chevron dressed sandstone;
Welsh slate roof, Stone ridge/gable copings. 2 brick stacks, 2 builds:
RH part: slightly later. 2 storeys. 3 sash windows with glazing
bars to each floor; C20 part-glazed door with late C19 timber doorcase:
panelled reveals, pilaster-and-entablature surround. Yorkshire sashes
with glazing bars to rear (N) elevation.
