House. Late C18. Chevron-dressed sandstone; clay pantile roof; stone
ridge and gable copings; 2 brick stacks. 2 storeys. Ground floor:
mid C20 casement window to R.H.S. central doorway; double boarded
timber doors to cart shed to L.H.S. 1st floor: 3 late C19 sashes,
painted stone sills and lintels.
Rear (N.) extension and outbuilding to N.E. are not of interest.
Included for group value with Nos 46 to 52 (evens) , and 76 Church
Street.
