Late C18. Painted brick on stone plinth; coursed random rubble
sandstone to rear (W) elevation. Clay pantile roof; stone ridge
coping; central stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays with boarded doors to
L. & R. Yorkshire sash windows with glazing bars.
Listing includes the single-storey outhouse adjoining the N.
side of No. 57. Late C18. Dressed sandstone; clay pantile
roof. Small timber shuttered window opening.
