Corner of Friars Gate. Circa 1900. Red brick, dressed stone. 3 storeys and
dormers. Round and segmental arched ground floor windows with large keystones;
2 2-storeyed oriels on upper floors with top parapet, 3 sashes to each in moulded
cases. Top floor has scroll ornament above windows. Top cornice on modillions.
