House 1677, extended mid C20. Painted sandstone with graded
grey-green slate roof. The C17 portion is rectangular, of 2 storeys
and 2 windows, with gable to road. Plain plinth; cyma band at 1st
floor. A 5-light window to each storey at front; the upper window
has a dripmould with looped ends. Side by side on the gable are a
datestone GIC1677 and a sundial. Two 3-light windows to each storey
on right side. All windows have recessed cyma-moulded mullions. The
C20 extension is to right, set back.
Interior not inspected.
The early C19 house attached (to left) is not included in the item.
