1856-7 by S S Tenlon. Small church in early English style of snecked sandstone
rubble with Welsh slate roof. Aisled nave with bellcote and south porch. Lower
chancel has short south aisle and north aisle lengthened to form Vane chapel, an
elaborate small building with undercroft. This contains monument to Sir Henry
Vale Tempest, 1813 by Westmacott.
