Formerly 3 houses with weaving lofts above, now 5 houses: early C19
with later C19 alterations. Coursed squared buff sandstone rubble,
Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 3 brick chimneys.
Rectangular block of 2-unit houses. 3-storey, 6-bay front. In lower
2 storeys one original iron casement and the remainder 3-light wooden
casements, under plain stone lintels, as are the doors. Top storey
has 3-light'iron casements with small central openings with wooden
guttering above. Stone steps to left give access to rear, where there
is a single storey front to the back of the top storey, providing a
separate access and an extended weaving loft. 6-bay front has 1 iron
casement, 2 wooden casements and 3 doors, all under plain stone
lintels.
