Formerly house (then 2 cottages) with barn attached, now all
farmbuildings: C18 with C19 alterations. Coursed squared buff
sandstone rubble. Kerridge stone-slate roof and 2 stone chimneys.
Long rectangular plan. House at left is of 2 storeys and 4 bays with
a door in left end bay with a primitive stone architrave, and door in
right end bay, inserted but now blocked, under plain stone lintel.
Windows are 3-light square-sectioned stone mullions. Barn to right
shows only a blocked doorway. Addition to rear of house in form of
tall outshut.
