No. 45 (Woodbrook House)
and Hawkwell.

GV II

Gateposts and gate: 1906 by C F A Voysey for A Heyworth. Square gate
piers in hammer-dressed red sandstone with a rounded flag as a
capstone. Rectangular wooden gate containing closely set square
bars with a heavier near diagonal brace. Typical Voysey iron
furniture, of very long iron strap hinges and a catch, like a stylised
clown's face in profile, with a long handle. There is a circular
catch plate on the other pier.
