Wrought iron gates and screen c15 metres west of Portal

Gates and screen. Late C19. Wrought iron. Double drive gates and
wickets to either side, each with an overthrow. Screen of railings to
either side. Entrance front. Central carriage gates with rings to
dog rail and arrow headed dog bars. Round-ended rectangles to lock
rail with spikes above. Semi-circular panels above this with
radiating ogee shapes. Lateral panels have anthemia in oval frames.
Similar panels to the piers which also have rose bosses to the sides
and finials in the shape of covered vases. Wicket gates to either
side with similar dog and lock rails and low screens to the sides with
arrow-headed dog rails and terminating in obelisk - shaped spikes.
