House. Early - mid C19, with some C20 alterations. Granite and slatestone rubble.
Slate-hung at first floor. Bitumenised slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends.
Stack to rear with rendered shaft.
Plan: One-room plan, with entrance to left; the room heated from a rear lateral
stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, asymmetrical 2-window front. First floor has two C19 16-pane
sashes in exposed boxes with external shutters. Ground floor has C20 door to left
with flat brick arch and keystone, granite ashlar surround. C20 bow window to right
with cambered brick arch and external shutters. Left side is asbestos slate-hung at
the upper level.
