House. Early-mid C19, with C20 alterations. Rendered stone rubble. Asbestos slate
roof with ridge tiles; gable end to left and hipped to right. End stacks, with brick
shaft to right and rendered shaft to left.
Plan: 2-room plan, with central entrance; each room is of equal size and heated from
an end stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, a symmetrical 2-window front. Ground and first floor to right
and left a C19 16-pane sash. Central C19 half-glazed door set in shallow open-
fronted C20 porch. There is a single storey lean-to at the right end with a late C19
6-pane sash at the front. At the rear there is a single storey C20 lean-to to left
with two 6-pane windows, and a privy to right.
