Railway underbridge. For Ingleton branch of Lancaster to Carlisle railway.
Rock-faced stone with some ashlar. Round arch has rock-faced voussoirs; frieze
and cornice over. Parapet has ashlar coping. Raking abutments. Timber gate
piers and enriched timber gates to entrance to Whelprigg. Included for group
value.
