House. C17 with C19 fenestration. Timber framed, with colourwashed roughcast
render. Clay tile roof, hipped to N. L-plan, the hall of 2 storeys, the
cross-wing of 2 storeys and attics. E elevation : cross-wing gable has canted
bay with sashes with glazing bars to ground floor, sash window with glazing
bars to first floor, and C20 casement with glazing bars to attic. Main block
ground floor has 3-light casement and single-light casement, both with glazing
bars, with one C20 casement and one sash window with glazing bars to first
floor. C20 gabled porch next to junction with cross-wing. Rebuilt multiple
ridge stack to cross-wing. Single-storeyed C19 outhouse addition in red brick
projects forward from N end.
