House. Mid-late C19. Yellow brick, with hipped slate roof to main block and
C20 tile roof to rear block. Main block L-plan, of 2 storeys, with 2 storeyed
additional block to N wing with more steeply pitched roof. Front elevation :
symmetrical 3-bay facade, with sash windows with glazing bars, 2 ground floor
ones under guaged brick flat arches. Central doorway has pilasters,
entablature, cornice and panelled reveals. 6 fielded panel door, surmounted
by rectangular fanlight with radiating glazing bars. Integral brick stacks to
W and E walls. Other elevations have similar fenestration, with doorway in
simpler but similar style to E elevation.
