- Boscarn Old Farmhouse

2 adjoining barns, both granaries with cartsheds and stables under. Circa early C19
and circa mid-late C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Scantle slate roof
on 2 levels with gable ends.
Plan: Rectangular plan. Original barn on the left has opposing first floor
loading/winnowing doorways and stone steps up to the rear doorway; later barn has
stone steps up to a central doorway at the front.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Unaltered elevations with original openings. South-east front
has original barn on the left and lower barn extension on the right. Original barn
has stable doorway on the left, with ventilator on its right, and wide doorway for
waggon on the right; first floor loading doorway towards the left and ventilator
towards the right. Other barn has stable doorway on the left, wide waggon doorway on
the right (later subdivided).
Interior has C19 first floor and roof structures.
