On the coast of the Severn Estuary. New Passage was where the Great Western Railway brought passengers for the ferry to Portskewett in Wales before the Severn Tunnel opened in 1886. Up the coast is Old Passage which was the ferry service pre-dating the first railway. There may also be a Back Passage somewhere but you’ll probably need a mirror to see that.
