Raised terrace and revetment walls: c1912 by T H Mawson for R A
Prestwich. Dressed, irregularly coursed red sandstone blocks and York
stone paving. Central flight of 11 segmental steps in semi-circular
projection from the terrace wall. To either side walls have open
parapets and symmetrically placed rectangular projections. At either
end is a flight of steps and walls with open parapets running
forward. Terrace has crazy-paving and edgings to formal beds. The
south west corner is a small sunken rectangular garden with steps.
