Farmhouse: late C17 with C18 addition to the right. White-washed
coursed squared buff sandstone rubble. Kerridge stone-slate roof,
stone ridge and 3 stone chimneys. L-shaped in plan. 2-storey, 4-bay
front. Left 3 bays are original house and have a mixture of 2 and
3-light chamfered stone mullions and a projecting rubble band at 1st
floor. Right end bay has C20 casements under rough stone lintels.
Wing to rear has chamfered stone mullions and a chamfered doorcase to
a lean-to porch with a heavy flagged roof.
Interior: Probably gable-entry originally. Deeply chamfered beam with
a bead stop in kitchen. Little else reported.
C20 extensions to left side and rear not included in the item.
