House, now 2 houses, Little Manor to left and Perry Orchard to right. C17
origin, mid - late C19 additions and later alterations. Rubble, pantiled roofs
with stacks rising from sides. Irregular plan formed by accretion. 2 storeys,
front has projecting wing left and right; gable end to left has C20 4-light
casement with timber lintel at ground floor, similar 3-light casement at first
floor; gable to right has ground floor bay with hipped roof and casements with
glazing bars, 2-light casement with timber lintel above; central range has
3-light casement with chamfered mullions at ground floor, C20 3-light and single
light casements under eaves, single storey lean-to in angle to right, external
stack in angle to left. Left return has 4-light casement at ground floor and
2-light casement under eaves, wide external stack to right with small ingle
light; C19 taller 2-storey rear wing has wide stone moulded pointed arch to
porch, door with sidelights, 2-light casement and external stack to left, 2-light
and 3-light casement under eaves, buttress. Right return has 2-light casement
in chamfered wooden frame, door in moulded wooden frame, 3-light casement above,
3-light casement at ground and first floor right and gable stack; it storey rear
wing has door and single light, C20 dormer above, single storey addition with
3-pane light and 1/2-glazed door, gable stack with former oven. Rear has 3 gable
ends, 2 to right of C19, 1/2-glazed door with sidelights, later central gabled
porch with glazed door and 4-light casement, 4-light and 3-light casement at
first floor; lower gable end to left has 2-light casement with timber lintel at
ground and first floor and gable stack. Interior: not inspected.
