T-shaped lodge in Jacobean style and of same mid C19 date as the school. Coursed
rubble, ashlar dressings. 1 storey towards street, 2 storeys in range at right
angles to rear. Shaped gables with finials. Rusticated pilasters. Tall chimney-
stack to higher range. Pantile roofs. Main gable end has small window in architrave
surround, cresting to 1st floor. Curved bow with openwork parapet to ground
floor. Entrance with small loggia to left of gable end. Shaped gable over
round-headed doorway.

St Brandon's School for Girls, the Fountain, Outbuilding to north, Lodge at north
entrance, and Boundary Wall at Elton Road form a group.
