One building forming a pair with Nos 14 and 15 on opposite side of Victoria Road.
About 1860. 3 storey plus basement ashlar front with cornice and blocking course
(Painted detail to No 12. ). Banded quoins below and incised pilasters above
1st floor cornice with brackets. 4 windows, architrave surrounds, sashes with
glazing bars to 1st and 2nd floors. Cornices on volutes to ground and 1st floors.
Wrought-iron balcony to No 12 at 1st floor level. Entrances in sides.

Nos 12 to 15 (consec) and Norfolk House form a group.
