Formerly a house, now 2 houses: later C18. Coursed squared buff sandstone rubble, sandstone dressings. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 2 gable brick chimneys. 2-storey, 5-bay front. End bays have 3-light square-sectioned stone mullions on both storeys. Half-glazed doors in the 2nd and 4th bays have simple, moulded architraves. Remaining windows are 2-light, square-sectioned stone mullions. A C20 dormer has been added.
