Farmhouse and front garden wall. Circa 1800. Ashlar; slate roof with coped
raised verges, behind coped parapet and moulded cornice; brick end stacks.
2 storeys. 3 bays and rusticated quoins: 16-pane glazing bar sash windows in
moulded architraves and with keystones; the ground floor windows are tripartite
plain band over. Central 6-panelled door under an overlight and in a doorcase
with Tuscan columns and a broken pediment. Ashlar front garden wall with
moulded coping and square, capped gatepiers.
