Farmhouse C17, probably early, subsequently altered and extended. Of
brick and stone, rendered circa 1980 at front, with Kerridge
stone-slate roofs. 2 storeys and 4 windows to front, all of 3 lights
with mullions chamfered to an almost triangular section. Late C20
gabled oak porch and boarded door.
The interior, not inspected, is stated to contain a pair of crucks of
great size, oak beams, a carved inglenook hoodbeam dated 1635 and oak
panelling.
