Small house. 1714, extended C19 and late C20. Brick in English bond, old tile
hipped roof. Rectangular plan extended at rear. 2 storeys. Chimney on each
gable end, that on the left large, and linked with a small ridged roof to main
roof. Road (west) front: symmetrical. 2 bays. String at first floor, dentil
eaves course. 2-light leaded casements, those on ground floor with cambered
heads; central 4-panel door in moulded frame with C20 gabled porch. Small
terra-cotta plaque on first floor in centre, just under eaves level, inscribed:
"I H"
