Pair of estate cottages, now house. Mid-late C19. Flint with
brick sill and quoins, and dressings to windows. Slate roof.
Bilaterally symmetrical, each of 2 bays. Small paned windows with
deep stone lintels carved with label mould. Brick dentilled
eaves. Two gabled flush dormers with scalloped lead sill
flashings. Large central stack, chamfered out at top to carry two
square flues and 2 diagonal flues at ends. Roof overhangs at
eaves. Sun fire mark on right quoins.
