II
Cottage. C18 or earlier. Colourwashed flint with brick quoins
left, and large stone quoins to right. Thatched roof. One storey
and attic. Two bays, extended to rear c.1700 and lean-to to right
of C18. Stack between left bay and rear bay. C20 metal windows,
and 2 flush dormers, cheeks weatherboarded above wallplate. Roof
hipped and extended down over lean-to.
Internally, right bay has chamfered ceiling beam with ogee stops,
and on first floor, central middle crucks, elbowed, extending from
floor beam to high collar.
