Lodge. Possibly 1811-14 by Jeffry Wyatt, for Col. Thomas Richard and Diana
Beaumont. Ashlar. Welsh slate roof. Single storey, square plan.
Symmetrical 3-bay sides framed and separated by panelled pilaster strips.
Each elevation has a central door in a moulded architrave (one now totally
glazed). Single-light window to each side bay with C20 casements. Sunk
panel above each opening. Later additions (not of special interest) obscure
fourth elevation. Pyramidal roof with deep oversailing eaves. Central
ashlar stack.
